What is apricot seed good for? Also, does it cause apandistis like lemon seed if we eat them?

Apricot kernal oil is fabulous for the skin, but the kernal itself--like peach pits and many other pitted fruit's seeds--is poisonous for consumption. Lemon seed does NOT cause appendix issues! Lemon seeds cause intestinal cramping due to their astringency in some people, but appendix issues are solely appendix related. No one knows precisely what causes them to inflame, but foods are not generally part of that equation in any circumstance. Hope this helps.
