I would like to make a basic apricot chutney. Can anyone please advise on ingredients etc? Thanks?

Ingredients:


1/2 pound Apricots, blanched -- Peeled, chopped


1 pinch Cinnamon


1/4 cup Dry Sherry


1 pinch Ground Cardamom


1/2 cup Brown Sugar


1/4 cup Raisins


2 tablespoons Lemon Juice


1 drop Almond Extract








Directions:





Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer for 2 hours or so, until it becomes very thick, stirring constantly.





This recipe for Apricot Chutney serves/makes 4
